We have every confidence in our products. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days in its original condition, for a refund or replacement. In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours, and we will be happy to replace them.(UK Only)
Bespoke, personlized and made to order goods specific to the customer cannot be returned. If received damaged, then a replacement will be produced and delivered as soon as possible.
