RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not happy with your purchase and would like a refund, please email us at info@reikokaneko.co.uk and we will help you with the return. Please let us know within 30 days if you would like a refund or if the products are damaged or faulty.

We cannot cover the cost of returning unwanted products to us, but if goods are faulty we can.

We will process any refund due to you within 7 days of the day we receive your return. We will make refunds using the same method used by you to pay for your purchase.
