A fine bone china bottle in blue, decorated with clouds built up in white bone china using pâte-sur-pâte, the technique of layering and carving away liquid clay to create translucent relief. Use it as a vase, or warm sake in it as a decanter. Comes with an optional cork stopper. The exterior is matt and unglazed; the interior is glazed.
Inspired and painted by real clouds, and it has really made me look up. It will sit pretty with or without flowers displayed in your home.
Fine Bone China, Glazed.
Dishwasher and Microwave Safe.
Bottle Vase - 8cm d. x 12cm h. Vol 400.
